# How to cancel ElevenLabs

Cancel ElevenLabs from Subscription, then Billing: in Modify Plan select Cancel Plan, then Proceed, then Cancel Subscription. It takes about 2 minutes, and the account moves to the free plan at the end of the current billing cycle. A refund is available if you request it within 14 days of payment and used no credit quota in that period.

## Cancel in a web browser

> Website plans are billed through Stripe and cancelled in Subscription, then Billing.

1. **Sign in and open Subscription** Log in at elevenlabs.io, click the profile icon in the top right, then select Subscription.
2. **Open Billing** Click Billing.
3. **Choose Cancel Plan** In the Modify Plan section, select Cancel Plan, then Proceed.
4. **Confirm Cancel Subscription** Select Cancel Subscription. Confirmation shows the cancel is scheduled for the end of the current cycle. Resume subscription can undo the request before that date.

## Cancel on iPhone / iPad

> Use Apple Subscriptions only when the iOS app billed the plan.

1. **Open Apple Subscriptions** If Apple billed the purchase, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
2. **Select ElevenLabs** Tap the ElevenLabs subscription.
3. **Cancel Subscription** Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts.

> **Warning:** Deleting the ElevenLabs account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

## Cancel on Android

## Cancel a team plan

1. **Cancel Scale or Business from Billing** Workspace admins use the same Subscription, then Billing, then Cancel Plan path.
2. **Contact support for Enterprise** If the self-serve flow is unavailable on a custom Enterprise contract, email team@elevenlabs.io from the account email.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Help docs allow a refund if the request is filed within 14 days of payment and no credit quota was used in that period. Email team@elevenlabs.io from the account email. The Terms also say a mid-period cancel does not refund fees already paid, and that sales are otherwise final. App Store and Google Play refunds go through Apple or Google.
- **Pausing:** ElevenLabs says it is not possible to pause a paid subscription. Cancelling moves the account to the free plan at the end of the current billing cycle.
- **Downgrading:** To move to a lower paid plan, open Subscription, then Billing, and use the Downgrade drop-down in Modify Plan. The change waits until the end of the current cycle, and unused credits are lost then. Cancelling is how you return to the free plan.
- **Account data:** Cancelling does not delete the account. On the free plan, voice cloning is unavailable, but saved content stays unless you remove it. Account deletion is a separate Settings action: click the red Delete Account button and confirm with the account email. Outstanding payments block deletion. Deletion is permanent and the same email cannot be reused.
