# How to cancel Dub

Cancel Dub from the workspace Settings tab, then Billing, using Cancel subscription. It takes about a minute. Help does not say when access continues after that. Fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless expressly stated.

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open the Settings tab** From your workspace dashboard (for example app.dub.co/your-workspace), click on the Settings tab.
2. **Open Billing** On the left sidebar, click on Billing.
3. **Click Cancel subscription** Click on the Cancel subscription button to cancel your subscription.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Fees are payable in advance in U.S. Dollars and are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Dub Links is a monthly or annual subscription; Dub Partners is a subscription plus partner commission fees.
- **Pausing:** No subscription pause option is documented in the cancel help article or the terms.
- **Downgrading:** From Billing, click Manage plan to see available plans, then select a plan. You can also click Adjust usage and choose a preferred link or event usage level.
