## Cancel in a web browser

> Start EOR offboarding in People. Client account deletion is a Support request in the Communication Center.

1. **Open People and Schedule termination** Sign in at app.deel.com. Open People, select the EOR employee, open the three-dot menu, and choose Schedule termination. Deel requires 30 days' notice and may change the end date to match local law.
2. **Submit the offboarding request** Choose End Contract Only or Terminate Worker and Contract, enter last day of work and the other required fields, then Submit. Do not tell the employee until Deel confirms the request.
3. **Ask Support to delete the client account** Clients cannot self-delete. Open Help, then Communication Center, and start a support request to cancel and delete the client account after workers are offboarded.

## Cancel a team plan

1. **Use an Organization Admin** Offboarding and Support requests need a client admin. A dedicated account manager can help after you submit the request.
2. **End contractor agreements separately** For independent contractors, use Schedule termination or set an end date on the contract. The contractor agreement may have its own notice period.
