# How to cancel Dashlane

Cancel Dashlane from the Subscription page in the web app: open the Vault menu, select Subscription, then Cancel your subscription and Continue cancellation; Apple or Google billed plans are canceled in that store. It takes about 2 minutes, and the paid plan stays active until the billing period ends. A personal subscription canceled within 30 days of purchase can receive a full refund.

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Subscription in the web app** Sign in through a desktop browser, open the Vault menu and select Subscription. This route applies to plans paid by credit card on Dashlane's website.
2. **Select Cancel your subscription** Use the cancellation link in the right panel of the Subscription page.
