# How to cancel Coolify Cloud

Cancel Coolify Cloud from the Subscription page as a team admin: click Cancel at Period End or Cancel Immediately, then confirm. Period-end cancel lasts until the next billing date; immediate cancel ends it at once. A full refund is available once per team within 30 days of the subscription start.

## Cancel in a web browser

> Use Subscription on app.coolify.io. Self-hosted Coolify is a different, free product.

1. **Open Subscription as a team admin** Sign in on the Coolify Cloud dashboard at app.coolify.io. Only team administrators can manage billing and plan limits.
2. **Open the billing portal if you need invoices** The Billing section button is Open billing portal, which opens the Stripe customer portal for invoices and payment methods.
3. **Click Cancel at Period End or Cancel Immediately** The Cancellation section lets you end the plan at the next billing date or cancel it immediately. Confirm with the team name. If you are still inside the refund window, Cancel Immediately can include Refund my latest payment.

## Cancel a team plan

> Only team administrators can cancel, refund or change server limits.

1. **Non-admins cannot manage billing** If you are not an admin, Subscription says you cannot manage your Team's subscription and to contact Coolify.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** The Cloud Subscription page can show Request Full Refund when the team is inside a 30-day window measured from the Stripe subscription start date. Each team is eligible for one refund only. Confirming a full refund cancels the subscription immediately. Outside the window the page says Not eligible for a refund.
- **Pausing:** No subscription pause option is documented. Resume Subscription appears only after Cancel at Period End is already set.
- **Downgrading:** Server limits can be adjusted on Subscription (Adjust, then Update Server Limit), with prorated Stripe charges. Reducing below the active server count deactivates excess servers. Self-hosted Coolify remains free if you leave Cloud.
