# How to cancel Superhuman Docs

Cancel a standalone Superhuman Docs workspace from Admin settings under Workspace plan by choosing Compare plans and downgrading to Free; bundled subscriptions are cancelled from the Superhuman Subscription page. It takes a few minutes, and paid access continues through the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, but standalone Docs workspaces receive prorated account credit for unused charges.

Collaborative documents and database workspaces with tables, formulas, automations, integrations and AI.

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Admin settings** At docs.superhuman.com, select your name in the lower-left corner, then open Admin settings. You must be a workspace admin.
2. **Open Workspace plan** In the Billing section, open Workspace plan and select Compare plans next to the current plan.
3. **Choose Free** Under Free, select Downgrade. Review the warnings, select Downgrade anyway, and follow the confirmation prompts. Paid access continues through the current billing period.

## Cancel a team plan

1. **Bundled workspace: cancel from Superhuman** If Docs is linked to a Superhuman bundle, open the Superhuman Subscription page, select Cancel Subscription, and confirm. The cancellation applies across the bundled products.
2. **Enterprise: contact the account team** Superhuman directs Enterprise customers to their account team or Docs Support for downgrade and cancellation help.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Superhuman's terms say payments are non-refundable and unused subscription periods are not refunded. For standalone Pro and Team or Business Docs workspaces, removing Doc Makers or cancelling creates a prorated credit on the workspace billing account for possible future charges instead of a cash refund.
- **Pausing:** No subscription pause option is documented in the current Superhuman Docs downgrade, billing, or subscription-management documentation.
- **Downgrading:** A standalone workspace stays paid until the end of the billing period, then moves to Free. Users have a 14-day grace period to remove paid features before affected docs become read-only. Bundled Docs billing is changed through the Superhuman subscription, and Enterprise customers must contact their account team or support.
- **Account data:** Cancelling or downgrading does not delete the workspace, account, or docs. Account deletion is currently requested through care@superhuman.com and permanently deletes account data and docs owned by that account. Workspace deletion is separate, requires moving or deleting all docs and templates first, and requires the workspace to be on Free.

## At a glance
