1. **Sign in as Owner or Admin** The Owner has full control over billing. Admins can manage account settings. Sign in at app.checklyhq.com.

3. **Change to the Hobby plan** Use the self-serve billing portal to change between Hobby, Starter, and Team. Select Hobby to leave a paid plan. Follow the prompts shown there.
4. **Wait until the billing cycle ends** A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle. You keep the current plan features until the next billing date.
