# How to cancel Canva

Cancel Canva from Settings: open Billing, select Cancel plan, then Continue cancellation and finally Cancel subscription. It takes about 2 minutes, and paid features stay until the end of the current billing period, then the account moves to Canva Free. Subscriptions are in most cases not refundable, though Canva reviews every refund request case by case.

## Cancel in a web browser

> Subscribed through PayPal? Cancel the billing agreement at paypal.com: Settings, Payments, Manage automatic payments, find Canva, Cancel. Cancelled by mistake? Choose Stay on your plan from the Billing page while the subscription is still active.

1. **Log in and open Settings** Make sure to log in to the right Canva account or team. On the homepage, select your account profile to open the menu, then select Settings.
2. **Go to Billing** Open Billing (called Contract period in Japan).
3. **Select Cancel plan** On your plan, select Cancel plan, then select Continue cancellation.
4. **Get past the retention screens** Choose why you want to cancel and select Continue cancellation again. Canva offers a 3-month pause along the way - skip it if you really want out.
5. **Select Cancel subscription** Optionally tell Canva why you are leaving, then select Cancel subscription. You'll receive a confirmation email when your plan is cancelled - no email means it did not go through.

## Cancel on iPhone / iPad
