# How to cancel Cal.com

Cancel Cal.com from Team Settings or Organization Settings Billing by selecting Billing portal, then make changes to the subscription in Stripe. 1. **Open Billing settings** Sign in and go to Team Settings or Organization Settings, then select Billing. Seat billing details only appear on a paid team or organization plan.
2. **Open the Billing portal** Select Billing portal to open Stripe.
3. **Change the subscription in Stripe** In the Stripe portal, update the payment method, view invoices or make changes to your subscription. Follow the prompts shown there. Cal.com does not publish the exact Stripe cancel button label.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Cal.com's Terms of Service state that, except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

- **Downgrading:** Removing members lowers later billed seats, but high water mark billing still charges the peak member count in the current cycle. After a paid team or organization subscription ends, the individual Free plan remains available.
