# How to cancel Buffer

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Billing** Sign in as the account owner, click the profile avatar in the lower-left corner and select Billing.
2. **Select Cancel Plan** Open the three-dot menu beside the plan and select Cancel Plan.
3. **Complete the cancellation flow** Review which channels will lock, select a reason and use the final confirmation button. The paid plan stays active until the billing period ends.
