## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** The Terms of Service require payment of usage fees and do not publish a refund window or eligibility rule. Billing questions go to billing@blacksmith.sh. Enterprise Support service credits, where they apply, are the exclusive remedy for uptime failures and are not a general refund.
- **Pausing:** No subscription pause option is documented. Spending Alerts email the primary organization address when a monthly threshold is exceeded; they do not pause runners.
- **Downgrading:** Pay-as-you-go has no named lower paid plan. Stopping runner use and uninstalling or suspending the GitHub integration stops new usage. Pricing still lists 3,000 free minutes per month.
- **Account data:** Upon termination or upon request, Blacksmith will delete relevant user data within 30 days. You may request deletion of Customer Content at any time; Blacksmith says it complies within 30 days of notice. Account data is retained while you are a customer.
